Please be informed that due to the Golden Week holidays, our company will be closed from May 3rd (Sunday, Public Holiday) to May 6th (Wednesday, Public Holiday), 2026. This closure will affect the Mizutori Industry Headquarters factory and the mizutori official web shop (shipping and customer service). Inquiries and orders received via phone, email, or fax during the holiday period will be processed sequentially starting from May 7th (Thursday).
The mizutori official web shop will continue to accept orders during the holiday period. However, please note that shipping and customer service operations will be suspended.
