Solid hinoki wood from Shizuoka is compressed using a special press to create a flexible curve that is durable and fits the feet perfectly.
These are footwear that allow you to enjoy the breath of the forest with all your senses.
*If you are not used to the straps and material, the straps may slip off. We recommend that you first wear them by slipping them on, gradually getting used to them.
*We also recommend wearing toe socks or half socks.

Costume Artist
Born in Shizuoka Prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Design, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. As a costume artist, she has worked in a wide range of fields, including advertising, theater, dance, ballet, film, and television. She has received the Mainichi Fashion Grand Prix Newcomer Award and the Shiseido Encouragement Award, and has participated in numerous exhibitions. She is currently in charge of the set costumes for the NHK Educational TV program "Nihongo de Asobo."
