In response to customer feedback like this, we've prepared a special campaign!
From May 1st, we will be running a limited-time "Free Size Exchange Campaign."
For eligible products purchased on our official online shop during the campaign period,
mizutori will cover all shipping costs (return shipping and reshipping) for the first size exchange.
Just like trying on shoes in a physical store,
you can comfortably choose the perfect pair for you at home.
With the upcoming season perfect for going out,
please take this opportunity to experience the surprisingly comfortable fit of mizutori.

■ Campaign Overview
Period: May 1st (Friday), 2026 – May 17th (Sunday), 2026
Eligible Customers: Newsletter members ONLY × Customers who purchased eligible products on the official EC site during the campaign period.
Content: Mizutori will fully cover the "return shipping fee" and "reshipping fee" for the first size exchange.
Shipping Destination: Limited to Japan (excluding remote islands)
Eligible Products: Geta and indoor footwear (some exceptions apply: Roll-up sole geta/UR items/various socks)
■ Operating Rules
Period: Limited to contact within 10 days of product arrival.
Condition: Tried on indoors only, unused (all accessories such as tags and box are present), no damage such as scratches according to our standards.
Frequency: Up to one time per customer per order.
Return: Return the product using the shipping carrier designated by us.
Shipping: After inspection by us, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

・Returns are not eligible for this campaign.
・Please select the exchange size from the standard available sizes. Other exchanges cannot be accommodated.
・During the Golden Week holiday period (May 3rd to 6th, 2026), operations such as communication and shipping will be suspended.
We will respond sequentially after the holidays. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

please reply to the "Shipping Confirmation Email" that we send to you at the time of your product purchase.
